Who we Are: Experienced Investors

Ben Sayles is a Boston-based industry veteran with nearly 25 years of expertise in transactional operations and asset management within the commercial real estate sector. 

Before founding Rockridge, Ben was a Managing Director at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, where he oversaw the growth and execution of its investment portfolio in the Northeast, focusing on investment sales. 

Prior to his time with Longfellow, Ben held various positions within the Capital Markets Groups of JLL, HFF, and Cushman & Wakefield, boasting a transactional track record exceeding $20.0 billion. 

Ben graduated from Trinity College and resides in Wellesley with his wife and three sons.

Dani DeMarco is a Boston native with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management. 

Before founding Rockridge, Dani was instrumental in leading acquisitions and asset management at Campanelli, a fully-integrated real estate investor and operator. Earlier in her commercial real estate career, she held key roles at Newmark and Transwestern, where she focused on both investment sales and leasing. 

Dani holds a degree from Middlebury College, where she was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. 

She is active in NAIOP and resides in South Boston with her husband and son.
